FAQ's

How do I care for my items? 

To ensure your pieces last, please keep in mind the following things to avoid;

Contact with chemicals, including:

perfume, hand sanitiser, sun cream and other lotions. 
Overexposure to high temperatures as this can soften and bend the Resin. 
Storing items in direct sunlight as UV rays can cause discolouration over time. 


Make sure to:

Take items off before bed
Take items off before washing, showering, swimming or going to the beach.

How long for my item to be processed?

As everything is made to order, please allow 5-7 days for  your order to be processed with us.

Returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days after receiving it and we will send you a refund after we processed the return.

 Earrings WILL NOT be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

 We do not offer return labels. Return shipping cost are carried by the customer.

 As soon as we have processed your return we will issue a refund.

How do I track my package?
 
If you have selected tracked postage, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.  Follow the link in the email to take you to the couriers website where you will be able to track your item.
 
Package Lost or Stolen? 
Baillie Celene is not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information being provided at checkout.
We cannot refund shipping costs for shipments that are lost or returned to us due to an error in the address provided.

If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
Once an order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot cancel it or modify the shipment.
